JudgeDee, the Internet researcher, has argued that the percentage of Travelers in the general population has not declined in the last 50 years, but that most "unborn" Travelers in industrialized countries are misdiagnosed as schizophrenics, epileptics, bipolar, etc. and are placed on life-long drug maintenance programs.
