Libra

An Australian Harlequin. Born in Melbourne in the early 1960s, he was given the citizen name Thomas Cornell. Cornell was not raised in a Harlequin family, but he did study martial arts – hoping to qualify for Australia's Olympic judo team. A car accident ended his career as an athlete and he ended up living in Sydney and working as a bartender. During a holiday in Bali, Cornell met the Chinese Harlequin, Willow, who originally hired him as a mercenary to help rescue a Pathfinder living in Jakarta. Two years after this initial introduction, Cornell took the Harlequin name, Libra.

Perhaps because of his years as a citizen, Libra was very aware of current politics and recent technological changes. He repeatedly pushed for a more active approach against the Tabula and organized Zieglar Lab Bombing. Libra was captured and tortured to death in Pakistan as a consequence of the North-West Frontier Incident.
