OFFICIAL RULES FOR 2015 "LAUGH YOURSELF SILLY WITH JUNIE B. JONES" SCHOOL BUS TOUR CONTEST

I. HOW TO ENTER: Enter by logging on to www.randomhouse.com/teachers/junie-b-jones/ to answer a series of questions about the event you would arrange if your school received a visit from the Laugh Yourself Silly with Junie B. Bus Tour. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter the required participant information. 5 Winners will win the prize described below. Entries must be received by Random House no later than March 6, 2015.

II. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to teachers, librarians, and principals at elementary schools located in the Northeast United States: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington, D.C. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Random House LLC and Penguin Group (USA) LLC, and their parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries or affiliates, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate families, and persons living in their household are not eligible to enter this Contest.

III. PRIZE: The Winners will win a visit from the Laugh Yourself Silly with Junie B. Bus Tour to his/her elementary schools in 2015. No prize or cash substitutes allowed, except at the discretion of the sponsor as set forth above. Sponsor will also determine, in its sole discretion, the date, location, and other visit logistics and details. Visits will be dependent on school schedule and location.

IV. WINNER: 5 Winners will be selected by the Random House Children’s Books Marketing team on or about March 25, 2015 from all eligible entries received within the entry deadline. Entries will be judged by the staffs of Random House, whose decisions are final. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decision of the judge, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Winners must complete an affidavit of eligibility and comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. By participating in the Contest, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. By participating, participants and winners agree that Random House LLC, and its parent companies, assigns, subsidiaries or affiliates, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, and suppliers will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by participants and winners for any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to person, including death, and property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any of the prizes, or participation in this Contest. By entering the Contest the Winner consents to the use of the Winners’ name, likeness, and biographical data for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Random House LLC with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law). All other entry names will NOT be used for subsequent mail solicitation.
