Welcome to the April issue of Potter Craft News!
Punxsutawney Phil was right after all; he’s as smart as groundhogs come. We’re so happy the weather is warming up in New York. The spring blossoms greet me at every turn, from the fresh-cut flowers for sale at the corner deli to the parade of tulips down Park Avenue. At Potter Craft, we’ve been cultivating our own bouquet of crafty delights (completely hypoallergenic, of course). For our knitting friends, we have the first book from design genius Berta Karapetyan (she’s the bella of Karabella Yarns) and a very clever book from Melissa Matthay that offers three-in-one patterns. Those looking to play with needle and thread will find lots of reinvent-me ideas in Ribbons and Trims. Meanwhile, Quilts of Provence inspires us with the exquisite details from this rich tradition. We hope you find something dear to make within the pages of these books. If you do, be sure to send in photos of your projects. We’d love to post the images in our gallery.
Spring is here, folks, so like showy peonies, show us what you’ve got!!
