About the Author
Leon Fletcher taught public speaking to adult classes, community college students, and high school students for more than 25 years. He was the author of one of the most popular college textbooks on speech, How to Design & Deliver a Speech, and wrote and produced programs for educational television and instructional materials for RCA, Standard Oil, McGraw-Hill, and the California Department of Education, among others.
