2 tsp. Honey
3/4 c. Warm Apple Cider Vinegar

Pour honey into warm vinegar and stir well. Massage mixture first into scalp, then distribute to the ends of your hair. Recite incantation: For hair that shines, where snow might fall, make kittens fly and pansies crawl! Rinse with warm water, then shampoo and condition as usual.

Nighttime Mixture
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Glass of water

Daylight Herbs (use only one at a time):
Sprig of parsley (for freshness);
1 basil leaf (for comfort);
2-3 seeds of cardamom, fennel, or anise (for strength);
1-2 leaves of rosemary (for romance); or
Sprig of fresh thyme (for courage)

Before bed, squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a glass of water. Rinse and gargle mixture. Recite incantation. Oh putrid stench of breath so vile, make sweet the air from whence I smile! Rinse and gargle again.

The following day, choose one of the daylight herbs from above and chew - slowly for 3 minutes, allowing saliva to build up in the mouth. Herbs may be chewed whenever malodorous mouth odors threaten.

This spell can be repeated as necessary.
