Warped

Book Talk

Dusty books. An outrageous best friend. A semi-understanding dad. Zippo dating options. For senior Tessa Brody, this describes her thread of life so far. But when a box of old books her dad buys at auction includes a 16th-century unicorn tapestry and an ancient text her fate begins to twist. Tessa, entranced and frightened by the creature in the cloth pulls a loose thread and finds that more than the tapestry unravels. The unicorn comes to life in the form of William de Chaucey, a nobleman caught in the weave of an evil enemy for centuries. And now the Fates want Will and their other lost threads back. It’s up to Tessa to spin a solution before her world unravels.
