The File on Angelyn Stark

By: Catherine Atkins

Accusations made by a well-meaning neighbor ruined Angelyn’s life.  Her mother still treats her with anger, and Angelyn desperately tries to avoid the neighbor.   Her boyfriend pushes her to become more sexually active, but it is when a teacher shows kindness that Angelyn falls apart.  Trying to act tough, she hangs out with girls who are bullies themselves.  Unable to differentiate between someone who cares for her and someone who wants sex from her, Angelyn is forced to examine every relationship in her life in this gripping novel.  Who will believe her when she finally tells the truth?
