Poison Tree

BOOK TALK

Vengeance and the hunger for power come face-to-face with forgiveness and peace in this adventure.  SingleEarth, an organization that dedicates itself to peace and inclusiveness for all creatures who live alongside humans, posts an ad for mediators.  Imagine finding out that someone close to you is a shapeshifter, a witch, or a vampire?  The group works to find solutions and offer counseling to those in need.  One of the applicants, a human named Alysia, has worked in the IT department of SingleEarth and has already proven that she can handle a crisis.  Sarik, one of the shapeshifters in the organization questions the background that Alysia brings to the group.  When a near fatal attack is made on the group, both Sarik and Alysia fear that they were the targets.  Both struggle to determine who they can trust and who can truly change.
