Magicalamity

By: Kate Saunders

BOOK TALKS

Tom Harding thinks he has a normal life with his normal parents who run a normal deli.  Until one morning, he discovers that not only is his dad a fairy, but he has also been accused of murder and has gone into hiding. Meanwhile his human mother has been kidnapped and hidden away for safety. Now a fairy godmother has shown up to keep Tom safe and help save his parents. In a matter of a few days, he comes face-to-face with criminal fairy godmothers, helpful genies, a fire-breathing dragon--and lots and lots of fairies: angry, ugly, allergic and dead. Living through it is a calamity of magical proportions!
