On her way to a posh boarding school, Flora wakes up from a nap to find herself transported to St. Winifred’s School in 1935 where life is much more difficult than her 21st century lifestyle.  The clothes are hideous, the school is cold, and the bathroom facilities are unbearable.  Confused, scared, and angry, Flora discovers her roommates cast a spell that brought her to St. Winifred’s, and while Flora likes her personable roommates, she makes them promise to find a way for her to return to her own time.   The girls do their best to stay out of trouble, but Flora’s modern actions and ideas cause a commotion and raise questions about where she came from.  When Flora finally completes the task she was called to perform, she returns to her time a wiser young lady and receives the surprise of her life.
