BOOK TALKS
Mitchell does not want to go on the overnight camping trip with the kids at the Zig Zag Center; he wants to write a story about Gary Bopper, a powerful magician. Sadly, Mitchell does not have a choice, so he and his best friend Habib plan to go and be partners in all of the activities. However, on the way to the camp, the tent pole for the boys tent gets broken, and when they arrive, the situation takes a turn for the worse. Mitchell and Owen, the teacher’s grandson, are assigned to be partners, and they set out on a nature scavenger hunt in the woods. Mitchell soon learns more about nature than he ever wanted to know.
