Magic Tree House
Junie B. Jones
Natalie makes a personal decision that she later regrets the night before her family moves from small-town Minnesota to Los Angeles, California. Her minister mother has accepted a job in a church of the rich and famous in Hollywood. Desperately trying to hang onto her moral values in a sex, drugs, and rock & roll culture turns out to be even more of a challenge than she anticipated. Her parents and siblings confront similar temptations of their own. Extravagant lifestyles that include monolithic mansions, luxurious cars, unrestricted spending as well as the rich, famous and beautiful people themselves tempt and dazzle them all. Having wealthy friends has its perks, but what price must Natalie and her family pay for their friendship?
