About
Will Osborne
An accomplished writer, director, and actor, Will Osborne has
long enjoyed entertaining, inspiring and educating kids. He
has written several plays for children, as well as a number
of books for young readers, including 13 Ghosts - Strange
but True Stories and two retellings of Greek mythology,
Jason and the Argonauts and The Deadly Power of Medusa,
which he co-authored with his wife, Mary Pope Osborne. Will
collaborated with Mary in creating the popular Magic Tree
House Research Guides which provide fun, factual information
about the exciting times and places explored in the bestselling
Magic Tree House series. He co-wrote the first 8 titles
in the series. His more recent Magic Tree House endeavors
include the scripting and production of a widely acclaimed planetarium
show entitled Magic Tree House Space Mission
which debuted at the Morehead Planetarium and Science Center
in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Will is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate
of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees
in Drama and Psychology. He and Mary currently reside in northwestern
Connecticut with their 2 dogs, Joey and Mr. Bezo.

Natalie Pope Boyce
Natalie Pope Boyce and Mary Pope Osborne are sisters who grew
up on army posts all over the world. As an adult, Natalie continued
to travel and lived in Germany and Ireland before settling in
Mexico for a number of years. Ten years ago she moved to Stockbridge,
Massachusetts where she lives in a 200 year old house. Beside
collaborating with Mary on the Magic Tree House Research
Guides, she works for the Climate Crisis Coalition which
is concerned with issues involving global warming. In her spare
time, she reads, gardens, cooks, and spends a lot of time with
her grandsons, Andrew and Peter.
