In The Resurrection Fields, the conclusion to The Promises
of Dr. Sigmundus trilogy, Bea knows she still must fight the
government and their mind control drug, but didn't dream she would
first have to fight off Dante, her best friend. What Bea doesn't
realize is that Dante's body has been inhabited by the evil Dr.
Sigmundus, while his mind and soul have flown into another being
- that of a bird. In parallel realms, Bea and Dante fight the evil
government and supernatural forces that want to at once control
the world and end it. Despite help in the unlikely form of Bea's
father and the soul of Kidu, the bird Dante inhabits, it will take
all of their powers to save the word.
