Jess plans
a romantic summer with Fred, the love of her life. Together
they dream of picnics and walks along the beach until Jess’s librarian
mother devastates their vision with vacation plans of her own. Unfortunately,
her mom plans a holiday filled with Bronze Age burial grounds, wildflowers,
and abbeys. Jess’s cell phone is her salvation until she receives
a cryptic message that alarms every jealous bone in her body. Then,
she runs out of minutes. Add to the mix a secret that her dad and
mom hide, and the life that Jess leads will ring true to every 16-year-old.
