We are pleased to present you with some Backlist Gems—treasures published prior to this year that folks wanted to bring front and center again! What a terrific way to remind our librarian friends about these gems, we thought. And at the same time, we could help meet collection development needs, too.

So, this is the place to come and be reminded of the many great backlist gems that are available from Random House Children's Books. If you have a favorite that you want to remind people of just email us at schoolandlibrarymarketing@randomhouse.com and we'll do our best to get them posted.

It's officially summer! This is a great time for middle-grade kids who are just starting to get excited about reading.  Help them find a stack of fun, accessible, and page-turning reads to take with them to the park or the beach.  Here are just a few selections for our July Backlist Gems: middle-grade summer reading!
