Brian begins his junior
year in a new place. Haunted by the death of his older brother,
he struggles to make sense of the world and his place in it. He
often daydreams of having sex as an escape and hopes that real sex
will help him to find happiness. But he messes up a sexual escapade
and discovers the girl is not meant for him. He joins the drama
group and pledges as a thespian so that he can hang out in the auditorium.
At night he cannot get his mind to stop racing, and he finds himself
arguing with his parents about the simplest things. Will his mad
race end with disaster or peace?
