How much can I expect my signed edition to appreciate in value?
While we can't predict the precise future value of any signed editions, we do think that these handsome editions will increase in value for some time to come.

How can I be sure of authenticity and endorsement by Random House and the authors?
Random House's included letter of authenticty and custom signature page guarantee the authenticity and author participation of all Signed Edition copies.

Payment (RH)
Random House accepts credit card payments only. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Payment (eBay)
Orders placed through eBay must be paid for by credit card through PayPal. PayPal membership is not necessary for payment. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Can I buy more than one book at once?
Customers will be able to buy up to 3 signed copies of a title in the series at once.

Shipping (RH)
For orders placed through Randomhouse.com, we ship to any address in the United States. Generally it takes 2-3 business days from when you place the order until your books are shipped from our warehouse. A confirmation will be sent to you via email as the items ship.

Shipping (eBay)
For orders placed through eBay, we ship to any address in the United States and Canada. Shipping insurance is currently not available for orders placed through eBay.

Refund/Return Policy
Signed Editions must be returned in their original condition to: Signed Editions Returns, Random House, MD 8-2, 1745 Broadway, New York, NY 10019. Aditionally, please send an email to signededitions@randomhouse.com indicating the reason for your return. Due to the limited availability of signed titles, refunds will be in the form of reimbursement rather than product substitution. Reimbursement will be credited only in the form of the original payment method.

Can I request a specific number in the series (i.e., out of the 50)?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for purchase of a specific number in the series.

Can I get a personalized signature?
Each signed edition includes the author's unique signature. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for personalized messages from the author.

Can I have information on the date of each signature?
Information on the date of each signature will be posted on Random House's Signed Editions website.

Can my letter of authentication be personalized?
Unfortunately, included letters of authenication cannot be customized or personalized.

Can I get my signed edition gift-wrapped or include a note?
We currently do not offer gift services such as wrapping, gift receipts, or enclosure of personal messages.

Why can't I buy more than three Signed Edition copies at auction at once?
Due to the limited amount of Signed Edition copies, purchase of multiple Signed Edition copies on Randomhouse.com will be limited to a maximum of three per person. This limit allows Random House to make signed copies available to the wide public.

What should I do if my Signed Edition copy is damaged upon arrival?
If your Signed Edition copy is damaged upon arrival, please return it in the condition you received it to: Signed Editions Returns, Random House, MD 8-2, 1745 Broadway, New York, NY 10019. Additionally, please send an email to signededitions@randomhouse.com indicating the reason for your return. Damaged copies will be subsituted with another signed copy depending on the availability of signed copies of that title. If no signed copies are available for substitution, damaged returns will be reimbursed only in the form of the original payment method.

Can I combine shipping on multiple eBay auctions?
No, customers who place orders through eBay will not be able to combine shipping for more than one eBay auction.

Unfortunately, we cannot currently track orders placed through eBay. Once your order becomes available for shipping, we will send you a notice that the item has shipped.

Do you accept international orders through Randomhouse.com?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept consumer orders for eCommerce from outside the United States. How do I cancel an order placed through Randomhouse.com?
To cancel an order placed through Randomhouse.com:
• Click on the "account" icon in the top right corner of the screen.
• If you are not currently logged in, you will be prompted to enter your id and password.
• On the "My Account" screen that comes up next, choose 'View Order History/Order Tracking.'
• You will be presented with a list of orders you have placed with randomhouse.com. Find the order you would like to cancel. If the status is "Processing", you should be able to cancel it by clicking on the order number, and then clicking on "CANCEL ORDER." This will be displayed next to the Status if the order is still processing.
Note: The "Cancel" button will remain on the order page as long as the status on the order is "Processing." As soon as our system ships the order, the status will change to "Shipped," and the order can no longer be cancelled.
