ONCE THERE WAS AN OLD LADY WHO HAD BUG DISEASE
by Michael Lange
One sunny, hot morning, Miss Lily went to the hospital. The doctor and the nurses could not find out what happened to her. Then doctor Crane took off Miss Lily's favorite sun hat, and suddenly two weird things popped out of Miss Lily's head! Doctor Crane and the nurses took five steps back, and said, "Oh my gosh!!!" Then Doctor Crane said, "You have antennas!" "You do have antennas," repeated the nurses. The antennae were black, rubbery, and had red balls on the tops of them. Then suddenly, Miss Lily started to look like a big bug. "Oh my, Oh my, Oh my!" shouted Dr. Crane and the nurses. Then Miss Lily got up and fell. Doctor Crane went to help Miss Lily up. "Squash!"
