I could not put The Eight done. It was amazing, the way history, adventure, and mystery were all intertwined and revolved around the game of chess. The game has a lot more meaning to me now. I cannot wait to read The Fire!

Excellent reading, I loved the way history, mistissism and historical facts were intertwined around the game of chess. I had a hard time putting the book down at night. I love it and look forward to reading The Fire.

I just finished the Fire.It has a cast of characters that you either love or hate and a mind stretching plot that you have to race through to get to the final chapter! I already want to re-read both books to see what symbolism I may have missed in my haste to see what happened to the characters!
