HOW TO ENTER AND ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win. To enter , go to the Web page for this Sweepstakes, located at http://www.randomhouse.com/rhpg/contests/kellerman.html complete and submit the registration form as instructed including your name, email address, mailing address and age. One entry per person; mechanically reproduced entries not accepted. If multiple entries are received from any person in violation of these rules, all such entries will be disqualified. Entries must be received no later than November 30, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. (EST) Only entries submitted electronically to the Web site in accordance with these rules will be eligible for consideration. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are over the age of eighteen at the time of entry. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Entries received from persons residing in geographic areas in which entry is not permissible will be disqualified. Employees of Random House, Inc. ("Random House" or "Sponsor"), and Sponsor's parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of such employees and individuals living in their homes are not eligible to enter.

Selection of Winner. Total number of eligible entries received determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received, Sponsor will randomly select one winner on or about December 15, 2008. Winner will be notified by mail, email, or telephone on or about December 15, 2008 and may be required to sign and return affidavit(s) of eligibility, tax acknowledgment forms, liability releases and, except where prohibited by law, use of name and likeness releases and return them within seven (7) days after notification. A noncompliance within that time period, or the return of any notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. In the event of any other noncompliance with rules and conditions, prize(s) may be awarded to an alternate winner. If notified by electronic mail, winner must reply with all contact information requested in the notification within ten (10) days from the date notification was sent, or another winner may be selected.

(Approximate retail value: $27.00). All other expenses and all federal, state, and local taxes are winner's sole responsibility. No transfer or substitution of prizes.

Limitations of Liability/Reserved Rights. Neither Sponsor nor its parents, subsidiaries or affiliated companies, nor its/their promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims, or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged, or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Web site or otherwise violating these rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes if the Sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or technical failures of any sort.

Restrictions. Winner is responsible for all tax consequences and compliance with all governmental reporting and payment requirements. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be assigned. No prize or cash substitutes allowed, except at the discretion of the Sponsor as set forth above. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if prizes, as stated herein, become unavailable. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations; void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Name of Winners. For the name of the winners, available after December 15, 2008, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Random House Publishing Group, a division of Random House, Inc., Attn: Ballantine Marketing, 1745 Broadway, MD 18-1, New York, NY 10019.

Reservations. BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, THE WINNER AGREES THAT THE SPONSOR, ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR, ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY.

Publicity. By entering the Sweepstakes the Winner consents to the use of the Winner's name, likeness, and biographical data for publicity and promotional purposes on behalf of Sponsor with no additional compensation or further permission (except where prohibited by law). All other entry names will NOT be used for subsequent mail solicitation.

All disputes and questions regarding the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any participant, and the Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York. The validity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
