This year, I’ve decided to make a New Year’s resolution that I can keep: to read more great books.

And, topping my list is Alias the Cat by Kim Deitch. The first chapter, which was published by Fantagraphics, won the 2003 Eisner Award for “Best Single Issue.” The rest promises to be even better. Needless to say, I’m anxiously counting down until it goes on sale in April.
