13. After a German retreat, Lt. Evelyn Anderson and Vera Sheaffer, nurses from the 93rd Evacuation Hospital make themselves comfortable on the large German railroad gun that U.S. soldiers nicknamed "Anzio Annie," "Anzio Express," and "Whistling Willie."
