6. "International House" was the film that established Fields as a viable attraction in talking pictures. As a ribald grab bag of diverse elements, it had no equal. Included in the cast were Peggy Hopkins Joyce, Rudy Vallee, Stuart Erwin, George Burns, Gracie Allen, Sari Maritza, Colonel Stoopnagle and Budd, Cab Calloway and his Orchestra, Bela Lugosi, Baby Rose Marie, and Franklin Pangborn.
