Sidewalk Sundae

Lucy Rose's all-time best dessert of her life is a Sidewalk Sundae, which was invented by her grandmother, Madam, and must be eaten outside, near a hose for easy clean-up.

Here is what you need:

  • 1 ice cream cone (I like the pointy kind)
  • 1 or 2 of your favorite kinds of ice cream
  • chocolate syrup
  • butterscotch syrup
  • Marshmallow Fluff
  • chocolate chips
  • rainbow sprinkles
  • chopped up peanuts
  • 1 can of spray-on whipped cream
  • 2 Maraschino cherries
  • Lots of napkins

Here is what you do:
First, take the stem off one cherry and drop it in the bottom of the cone. Then drop in a small ball of ice cream. Squirt with butterscotch syrup. Throw in some chocolate chips. Add some Marshmallow Fluff and chopped peanuts. Then pile more ice cream until it is as high as you want it to be or as your parents will allow. Then squirt on chocolate syrup. Spray on a good amount of whipped cream. Sprinkle with sprinkles. Top with a cherry.

This is just a guide. You should leave out anything you don't love and add anything that you do. Mostly, have fun.
