RULES

I. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Enter by completing the online entry form between January 16, 2014 and February 13, 2014. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Partially completed entries will not be accepted. Random House is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any human error that may occur in the receipt or processing of online entries. All entries become the property of Random House and will not be returned.

II. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are over the age of 13 on January 16, 2014. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Random House Inc., its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate family members, and persons living in their household are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes.

III. PRIZES
20 winners will receive one (1) hardcover edition of Richard Scarry's Busy, Busy Town (978-0-307-16803-0).

IV. WINNERS
5 Winners will be chosen at random on a weekly basis from all eligible entries received by Random House Children’s Books from January 16, 2014 and February 13, 2014. Odds of winning are based on number of entrants. All prizes will be awarded. By participation, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decision of Random House. Winners will be notified by e- mail. The prizes will be awarded in the name of the winners’ parents or legal guardians if winners are under the age of 18 on January 16, 2014. Taxes, if any are the sole responsibility of the winners, or their parents or legal guardians if winners are under the age of 18. Winners, or their parents or legal guardians if winners are under the age of 18, may be required to execute and return, within 14 days of receiving notification, affidavits of eligibility and release. Noncompliance within that period or the return of any notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. In the event of any other noncompliance with rules and conditions, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. RANDOM HOUSE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE PRIZES OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE IF PRIZES, AS STATED ABOVE, BECOME UNAVAILABLE.

V. RESERVATIONS
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Random House to use the winner’s name, likeness and biographical data for editorials, advertising, and promotional purposes in all electronic or print media without payment of additional compensation or further permission (unless prohibited by law). By entering, participants and their parents and legal guardians release and hold harmless Random House, their respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for an any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won, any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, participation in any contest-related activity, or participation in the contest. Entry names will NOT be used for subsequent mail solicitation. For the names of the winners, available after February 10, 2014, please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Melissa Major, Random House Children’s Books, 1745 Broadway, New York, NY 10019. Washington and Vermont residents may omit return postage.
