MARGARET WISE BROWN (1910–1952) muy conocida por ser la autora de Buenas noches, luna, escribió innumerables libros inspirada en su firme creencia de que los niños pequeños se fascinan por las cosas más simples del mundo que los rodea. Entre los libros de más venta y éxito, publicados por Golden Books, podemos encontrar: Mister Dog, The Color Kittens, The Golden Egg Book, Seven Little Postmen y The Sailor Dog. La traductora, TERESA MLAWER, es una pionera en el mundo editorial de habla hispana de Estados Unidos y una reconocida especialista de literatura infantil y juvenil. Teresa ha traducido más de 300 libros de literatura infantil y juvenil de inglés al español. Ha dedicado una gran parte de su vida a promover el amor por la lectura y los libros, principalmente entre la población hispana de Estados Unidos y también en Latinoamérica.
 
MARGARET WISE BROWN (1910-1952), best known as the author of Goodnight Moon, wrote countless children's books inspired by her belief that the very young were fascinated by the simple pleasures of the world around them. Among her many bestselling Golden titles are Mister Dog, The Color Kittens, The Golden Egg Book, Seven Little Postmen, and The Sailor Dog. Translator TERESA MLAWER is a pioneer in Spanish-language publishing in the United States, and a well-known specialist in children's literature. She has translated over three hundred children's books from English to Spanish. Teresa has dedicated her life to the cause of literacy, especially among Hispanic children in the United States and Latin America.
 
GARTH WILLIAMS (1912–1996) es conocido por sus relistas y expresivos dibujos de animales. Dio vida a algunos de los más entrañables libros infantiles del siglo XX, tales como La telaraña de Carlota y Stuart Little de E. B. White, además de a los libros de La casa de la pradera de Laura Ingalls Wilder.
