Osamu Tezuka's Buddha series (Vertical, Inc.) has won its second Harvey Award for Best American Edition of Foreign Material, presented during the Baltimore Comic-Con held September 9-10, 2006. The Harveys, named after the legendary MAD founding editor and master storyteller Harvey Kurtzman, are given out annually to recognize outstanding achievements in the comic book industry.
