Code name for the deep-ocean salvage operation by the U.S. CIA to retrieve the sunken Soviet ballistic missile submarine K-129 from the ocean floor in 1968. The submarine's destruction was detected by the U.S. Navy's sound surveillance system (SOSUS), and the location of the wreckage was pinpointed by the submarine Halibut.
