Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake
 
If you love frozen yogurt, you'll love this frozen milkshake.
We blended frozen yogurt with protein powder and peanut butter and presto!
A creamy, delicious, 40-30-30 Formula milk shake.

3/4 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/3 cup nonfat milk
2 teaspoons natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
15 grams of pure whey protein powder

RECIPE DIRECTIONS: Combine frozen yogurt, milk, and peanut butter in a blender and process until smooth.
Add cocoa powder and whey protein powder and blend.
Pour into two small glasses and serve at once. Makes two servings.

PER SERVING: 170 calories; grams =C-17.5g, P-13g, F-5.25g
