Super Smash Bros. Brawl is a critically acclaimed and extremely popular franchise. It is a fighting game based in the Nintendo universe with appearances from many other companies' franchise characters. In normal play, winning requires that the opponent be flung out of the stage's boundaries. Attacks damage the enemy and knock him or her back a certain distance. When certain boundaries on the edges of the screen are reached, the player is automatically KO'd, represented by a colorful explosion and a cry. Super Smash Bros.
