Annemarie Colbin is the author of Food and Healing, The Book of Whole Meals, and The Natural Gourmet, which received a National IACP Seagram Book Award. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Good Housekeeping, Longevity, Natural Health, New Age Journal, and Vegetarian Times, and she has made numerous media appearances, including "Regis and Kathy Lee," "Donahue," "Sonya Live," and the TV Food Network. She is on the faculty at the Open Center in New York and lives in New York City.
