Thuy Sindell is the cofounder of two software companies: Knowledge Genie, a publishing platform that helps experts capture, package, and publish what they know into a Web app; and Hit The Ground Running, specializing in employee performance. She also specializes in leadership and employee development. She has spent her career focused on helping employees take ownership of their career and demonstrate successes by learning to decode the culture and expectations of their unique organizations. In her work as a leadership consultant and coach with Mariposa Leadership, Inc., Thuy has worked with managers and their teams to develop their leadership skills in the areas of strategic thinking, influencing, and coaching skills.
