Dean Pitchford, author and narrator of the Listening Library title, The Big One-Oh was nominated for a Grammy® Award for Best Spoken Word Album for Children on Thursday, December 4th. In the story, Charley Mapplethorpe, a friendless nine-year old decides to throw a horror-themed birthday party to celebrate his tenth year. Of course, things don’t work out as planned and at the last minute Charley must scramble to save his big ONE-OH from becoming the big OH-NO!
