Marra Medici Prize

Anthony Marra's A Constellation of Vital Phenomena (Hogarth) is a finalist for the 2014 Medici Book Club Prize which "recognizes a distinguished work of fiction that has inspired thoughtful conversation and contributed to a deeper understanding of the human experience," and comes with a $5000 award. The winner will be announced at The Beverly Hills Literary Escape book festival which takes place October 17-19. Read more here.
