Ray Bradbury Dies at 91

Bradbury

Ray Bradbury, renowned science fiction author, died last week at the age of 91. Perhaps best known for his classic novel, Fahrenheit 451, Bradbury is also the author of countless short stories, many of which appear in The October Country, The Stories of Ray Bradbury, and The Vintage Bradbury. Maya Jasanoff has been awarded the George Washington Book Prize for Liberty's Exiles, her critically-acclaimed account of British loyalists forced to flee America after the Revolutionary War. The award is given annually to the best book about America's founding era from the previous year and comes with a $50,000 prize.
