Thank you for your interest in Random House publications. We regret that we cannot accommodate your request for a tax credit. Our website is intended for personal consumer orders only and not for orders from those with tax exempt status. The tax is not a hidden charge. The order summary box on our website clearly itemizes the amount of tax that will be applied to the order. Additionally, by clicking on the link, Will I Be Charged Tax?, the customer is advised in advance of our tax policy.

If you are ordering in bulk for resale or give-away, we invite you to contact our New Accounts department to explore the possibility of opening a tax exempt business account. Please email NewAccount@randomhouse.com for more information.

Unfortunately, we are not able to establish a business account for a school, a college or a university, other than for their campus bookstore. For these customers, we recommend ordering through a wholesaler distributing our publications to these markets. To obtain a referral list of wholesalers, please visit our website, www.randomhouse.com, and scroll down to Kids At Random on the right-hand side of the home page screen. Click on Teachers, Resources, Ordering Information.

We apologize for any inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding.
